Previously held each November, Rochester Careers in Construction, Inc. is moving Educator Day to April to align with the U.S. Department of Labor’s newly established National Apprenticeship Week dates at the end of April. In partnership with regional building trades unions, the event invites educators and counselors to explore career pathways in the construction industry through panel discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with current apprentices. The goal is to equip educators with the knowledge and firsthand experiences needed to better guide students toward rewarding careers in the skilled trades.
